One of the major objectives of our company’s operation is the provision of services within the scope of delivery to our customers of computer systems and tele-informatics installations in line with their requirements.
We are aware that increasing customer satisfaction on account of services provided by us is the basis of profits and our company’s development.
Therefore, we undertake to fulfil all the requirements and expectations of our customers. Priorities of our operation include:
  • Stabilising and strengthening of GaMP’s position at the domestic market,
  • Holding the title of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner,
  • Holding the title of Microsoft Small Business Specialist,
  • Receiving the title of CISCO Advanced Partner,
  • Conducting further expansive marketing policy and reaching all groups of customers,
  • Efficient and ongoing improvement of quality management system ISO 9001,
  • Ensuring competent and experienced personnel at all positions,
  • Proper management of human resources and creation of conditions for their development,
  • Aiming for complete fulfilment of customer expectations within the scope of sales and provided services,
  • Constant improvement of personnel qualifications.
We also undertake to constantly improve the efficiency of the quality management system.
Every employee has a share in the provision of services with the required quality.
This Quality Policy was communicated to all our employees and was accepted for implementation by them.

The Quality Policy in the entire process of services provided by us is implemented by means of a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2000.
